1. Who we are
Krypton Peptides supplies research compounds to qualified researchers and institutions in the United States. This policy explains what we do with personal information when you use this website or contact us.
We are the controller of the information described below.

2. What we collect

Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message. We do not need it and do not want it.
When you place an order, we also keep the records needed to fulfil and account for it, including what you ordered, what you paid and where it was shipped.
We do not collect anything else. This website runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking of any kind.
3. Cookies
This website sets no cookies.
The age confirmation you give on entry is stored in your browser's `sessionStorage`. It records only that the confirmation was given, never who you are. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is erased when you close the tab.
4. Why we use your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
5. Who else sees it
- Netlify, which hosts this website and processes the enquiry form. Submissions are stored on Netlify's infrastructure and emailed to us.
- Our email provider, which carries and stores that email.
- Shipping carriers, who receive the delivery address.
- Professional advisors and authorities, where we are required to disclose.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order: 90 days, after which the enquiry and the email carrying it are deleted.
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently RETENTION PERIOD.
7. How we protect it
The website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiries and order records is limited to the owner. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the amount of information we hold, which is small.
8. Your rights
Krypton Peptides LLC gives every person the rights set out below, whether or not the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us. You have:
- The right to know. You may ask what personal information we have collected about you, where we got it, why we collected it, and who we have disclosed it to.
- The right to delete. You may ask us to delete personal information we hold about you. We will do so unless we are required to keep it, for example for tax records, and we will tell you if that is the reason.
- The right to correct. You may ask us to fix information that is wrong.
- The right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We never have. There is nothing to opt out of, and no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link is needed, because neither activity occurs.
- The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined.
- The right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We will not refuse service, change prices or reduce service quality because you made a request.
How to make a request. Email KryptonPeptides@gmail.com with your request. We will acknowledge within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days where a request is complex, in which case we will tell you before the first period ends.
How we verify you. We will match the email address you contact us from against our records, and we may ask you to confirm details of a specific enquiry or order. We will not ask you for more information than we need to verify you, and anything you give us for verification is used only for that and then deleted. An authorised agent may act for you if you give them written permission and we can verify it.
9. Children
This website is not intended for anyone under 21, and the products are not sold to anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published here, with the date it was last updated at the top.
