1. About these terms

These terms govern the sale of all products supplied by Krypton Peptides LLC ("Krypton Peptides", "we", "us"). By submitting an enquiry or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you order.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not order from us.

2. Research use only

This is the most important term in this document.

All products supplied by Krypton Peptides are intended for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and must not be misbranded, misused or mislabelled as such.

Our products are not for human or veterinary consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They have not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration for any use in humans or animals.

By ordering, you confirm that you will use the product solely for legitimate laboratory research and for no other purpose. You accept full responsibility for the safe handling, use, storage and disposal of the material once it leaves our possession.

Any use outside laboratory research is a breach of these terms and is done entirely at your own risk and on your own responsibility.

3. Who may buy

You may only order if you are:

• 21 years of age or older, and
• a qualified researcher or a research institution, and
• ordering in a professional or institutional capacity, not as a consumer.

You confirm these when you submit an enquiry, by ticking the confirmation on the enquiry form. We rely on your confirmation. We do not independently verify your age, your researcher status or your institutional affiliation. Giving us a false confirmation is a breach of these terms.

We may decline or cancel any order, at our discretion and without giving a reason.

4. How ordering works

There is no checkout on this website. Ordering works in these steps:

1. You submit an enquiry telling us the products and quantities you want.
2. We reply, normally within 24 hours, confirming availability and price, and giving payment instructions.
3. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing. Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting an enquiry does not create a contract.
4. We dispatch once payment has cleared.

Prices shown on the website are indications, not quotes. We may correct an error in a price or description at any time before accepting an order.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in United States dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes, which are shown separately when we quote.

Bulk orders may be discounted. Tell us the quantity you need when you enquire.

Payment methods and terms are agreed with you directly when we reply to your enquiry. We dispatch once payment has cleared.

Title to the goods and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the shipment to the carrier. Once a shipment has been dispatched we are not responsible for loss, delay, damage or mishandling in transit. On request we will provide proof of dispatch and the tracking reference, so you can pursue the carrier directly.

6. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Orders are normally dispatched within one to two business days of cleared payment. Faster handling may be available on request and may affect the price. Delivery timescales are estimates given by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for giving us a correct and complete delivery address, and for ensuring someone can receive the shipment.

We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We ship to all other states.

7. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns.

Because these are research materials whose integrity depends on storage and handling we cannot verify once a vial has left us, a product cannot be returned to stock or resold after dispatch. Please check your order carefully before you confirm it.

If we have shipped you the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right at our cost. That is our mistake, not a return.

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, risk has already passed to you under clause 5, so the claim is against the carrier rather than against us. We will provide proof of dispatch and the tracking reference so you can pursue it, and we will give you whatever else the carrier asks us for.

8. Product information, purity and documentation

Specifications and purity figures are published as supplied by Krypton Peptides and are stated in good faith.

Analysis documentation is available for some products and is being completed for others. If you need documentation for a particular batch, ask us when you enquire and we will tell you what is available for the batch in stock.

Storage and handling guidance is available on request.

We do not warrant that a product is fit for any particular research purpose. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that a product is suitable for your intended use before you order.

9. Your responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• use, consume or administer any product in or on a human or animal;
• resell, repackage, relabel or redistribute any product, whether or not for profit, without our prior written consent. Products are supplied for your own research use only. This restriction applies however the product is described, and applies in addition to the absolute prohibition on offering any product as fit for human or veterinary use;
• remove or obscure the research-use-only designation from any product you transfer with our consent;
• remove, alter or obscure any label, warning or batch identifier;
• use any product in breach of any federal, state or local law.

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your possession and use of the product, including any licence or registration your institution needs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krypton Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or research outcomes, arising from the supply or use of any product.

Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We accept no liability whatsoever for any harm arising from use of a product in or on a human or animal. Such use is expressly prohibited by these terms.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Krypton Peptides against any claim, loss, damage or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your use of a product, or your failure to comply with any law that applies to you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this website on the date you place your order. We recommend you keep a copy of the terms that applied to your order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of COUNTY County, California have exclusive jurisdiction.
